压层彩钢板的特点是什么

层压彩钢板是彩钢板除压纹钢板外的另一种产品。层压彩钢板是在钢板上预先涂上胶粘剂，在一定温度下轧制（图1-13）并在钢板表面复合塑料膜而成。其生产工艺是将基材清洗、化学涂布后，用精涂机在基材的下表面涂背漆，在上表面涂粘合剂。背漆在固化炉中烘烤，同时固化，粘合剂被激活。固化炉出口设有覆膜机，覆膜辊将有机膜压在基材表面，粘结剂经水冷固化，使有机膜与基材上表面粘结牢固。 层压彩钢板常用的有机薄膜也叫层压板，基材通常是乙烯基薄膜（PVC）、氟树脂覆膜仓、快烘小膜仓（PVF）、聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF）、聚酯树脂覆膜（PET）、丙烯酸树脂覆膜（PM-3计划，姓苏国马）等。
